How to Export Contacts

Exporting contacts allows you to download contact details for use outside the platform. This article explains how to export a single contact or multiple contacts in bulk and access your export file.


Requirements


Accessing the Export Option

  1. Click on Customers from the left-side navigation menu in your account.

  2. Select Contacts from the dropdown menu.


Exporting Contacts

  1. Select one or more contacts from the list by checking the boxes.

  2. Click Actions (for single contacts) or Bulk actions (for multiple contacts).

  3. From the dropdown, select Export.

  4. In the Export Contacts window:

    1. Review and select the Fields you want to include in the export, such as Email Address, Phone Number, LTV, Last Updated, etc.

    2. If needed, include Custom Fields by checking the boxes.

  5. (Optional) To schedule the export for a future date, check the Schedule Export option and specify the date and time.

  6. Click Create export action to start the process.

  7. Click Download Export to download the file to your device.


Removing an Export Action

If you want to cancel an export action:

  1. Go to Actions > Exports.

  2. Click Dismiss.

  3. Confirm the removal by clicking Proceed in the pop-up window.

    Note

    Removing an export action cancels the process, but the contacts remain unaffected.
