This guide explains the process of customizing your website through ClickFunnels’ “Site Settings.” It walks you through modifying the Home Page Template, adjusting Site Availability, setting the Site Title and Domain, and selecting a Default Sharing Image, among other configurations. Accessing Site Settings
Click Site from the left-hand menu, then select Overview from the drop-down sub-menu.
Click the three-dot button at the top-right corner, then select Site Settings from the drop-down menu. Please visit our article Sites - Site Settings for more information about the options found in site settings.
Selecting a Home Page Template
Choosing the right Home Page Template is an important step in customizing your website on ClickFunnels. It allows you to select from a range of templates to design an attractive and engaging landing page for your visitors. By picking the perfect template, you can showcase your brand, highlight essential content, and capture the attention of your audience from the very beginning.
Scroll down to the Advanced settings section and find the Home Page drop-down. Click on the drop-down menu and select the Home Page Template for the Site.
Click the Update site button at the top or the bottom of the page to save your changes.
Selecting Your Site Availability
The Site Availability feature allows users to choose between setting their website as “public” for full visibility or “coming soon” to show a teaser page. This feature helps users to strategically control access during development or launch phases and ensure a seamless user experience. By selecting the appropriate site availability setting, users can effectively manage their website’s visibility, engage with their audience, and create a powerful first impression.
Scroll down the Availability section and select Public to immediately make your site available for the public or Coming Soon to display your coming soon page.
Click the Update site button at the top or the bottom of the page to save your changes.
Creating Your Site’s Title
Creating your site’s title allows users to create compelling and descriptive site titles that can effectively communicate your brand message, enhance visibility in search results, and attract visitors to your website.
Click the Site Title input field and type in the Title for the Site.
Click the Update site button found at the top or the bottom of the page to save your changes.
Assigning Your Site’s Domain
Assigning a custom domain to your site lets you create a memorable and professional web address that enhances your brand identity and credibility. It helps you establish a distinct online presence, build trust with your audience, and strengthen your brand’s online reputation.
Click the drop-down menu under Domain in the Site information section, and select a Domain from the list.
IMPORTANT
Ensure you have already added a domain to see the domain in this drop-down.
Click the Update site button at the top or the bottom of the page to save your changes.
Selecting the Default Sharing Image
Choosing a default sharing image for your website can enhance its visibility on social media. It allows users to select an appealing image automatically displayed when the website is shared, ensuring a consistent and visually engaging representation. This can capture audience attention, increase click-through rates, and effectively promote website content on social media.
Scroll down to the SEO & Sharing section, then click the Select Image button if you have not already added a default sharing image or the Change image link to open the pop-up modal.
You will now find yourself in the Image Gallery modal.
New Folder: This contains the All images folder that has all your uploaded images, and the AI-Generated folder that has your AI-generated images.
Discover: This contains third-party image sites where you can search for your preferred image.
Upload Image: This lets you upload an image from your local computer.
Select your desired default sharing image from the gallery; then the site will automatically take you back to the Site Settings, displaying the selected image under the site logo.
Click the Update site button at the top or the bottom of the page to save your changes.
