MessageHub: Contact Conversations

This article will review the Contact Conversations area inside of our MessageHub. In this area, you can see the status of all the chat sessions that your customers have opened.

Requirements:

  • An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account


All Conversations

In this area, you can see all the existing chats.

  1. Mine: This tab shows the conversations that have been assigned to you.

  2. Unassigned: This tab shows the conversations that haven’t been assigned to any agent.

  3. All: This tab shows all the conversations.


Mentions

This area displays specific conversations where customers had mentioned you.


Unattended

This area shows the conversations that haven’t been replied to.


Chat Inboxes

This area shows the conversations according to the Inboxes created.
