This article will review the OpenAI Application that can be connected to MessageHub.
OpenAI is an artificial intelligence application designed to generate reply suggestions and correct grammar, among other things.
Using AI helps you to provide more personalized support and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account
An OpenAI Account
Important Note: Before you get started with MessageHub, you'll need to:
Configure your Marketing Settings
Buy or Configure a Custom Domain
Add an Email Address on a Custom Domain and Set up DKIM
Get your OpenAI Key:
Visit the API Keys section of your OpenAI account.
If you don’t have an API created, click Create new secret key.
You can add a name for your key as an optional step. Click on Create secret key.
Copy your new API key since it will be used in the following steps.
Important Note: If you have questions regarding these steps, please contact OpenAI Support.
Integrate OpenAI and MessageHub:
From MessageHub, click on Chat Settings, then Chat Applications.
Click on Configure.
Click on Connect.
Add your API Key from OpenAI. (See step 4 of Get your OpenAI Key)
After clicking on Create, your OpenAI integration will be completed.
How to use AI Assist:
In MessageHub, inside any conversation, you need to click on the AI Assist icon.
A pop-up will show; click on Reply Suggestion.
AI Assist will generate a reply. You can decide to use or cancel the suggestion.
Features Supported by AI Assist:
Reply Suggestion.
Fix spelling or grammar.
Expand or shorten your draft reply.
Change the message tone to friendly or formal.
Simplify complex messages.
Summarize longer replies.
