MessageHub: Applications

This article will review the Applications area inside of the Chat Settings.

You can integrate a few Apps into your CF Chat. Chatbots, live calls, translation, and AI are valuable tools that will help you improve the native features of the Chat.

Requirements:

  • An active ClickFunnels 2.0 account

  • CF Chat

  • A 3rd party App to integrate


Add Applications:

  1. Click on the gear icon to open Chat Settings, then Chat Applications.

  2. From the right side of the App you want to integrate with, click on Configure. Example:

    1. Dialogflow allows you to build chatbots before passing your customer with an agent.
